Your Helvabase account
Verify your email once. Then come back here to connect your assistant.
Codex — Desktop
When connecting to Helvabase, select the correct account and workspace on the authorization screen. Allow only the permissions needed for your trial.
Keep an existing Helvabase connection. These instructions are for a new connection; do not create a second one to the same address.
In Codex, open Settings → MCP servers and add a remote HTTP server named helvabase-product with the connection address below, then sign in. For the terminal client, the guide below provides the commands.

Advanced option: Codex plugin with an existing marketplace
Use the plugin only if a personal or team marketplace is already configured for you. Otherwise, use the direct connection above to continue without installing a plugin.
- If your personal or team marketplace is already configured, extract the ZIP into a helvabase folder and have that folder added to it. Without a marketplace, use direct connection in the guide above.
- In the desktop app, open Plugins, select that marketplace and install Helvabase · pilote.
- Start a new chat, then authorize the connection to your account and intended Helvabase workspace.
Connect through your assistant’s native authorization, with no key to copy. Reuse your existing Helvabase connection if you have one. Installation does not change your permissions or subscription.

Declined or interrupted authorization?
No success is inferred from a click. Reopen the Helvabase connection in your assistant when ready. Keep the same account and workspace; do not recreate the connector to bypass a permission refusal.
Then ask your assistant to identify your workspace. This message creates no dossier.

My assistant’s compatibility and subscription
Your assistant’s subscription is separate. Custom connectors, local folders and file transfer depend on the client and its plan. If it cannot send a file, it must tell you — a file path alone is not an upload.
Compatibility must be checked with this version and your subscription. Success in another version does not establish it here.
Allow access only to the local folder needed for your trial, if your assistant offers it.
First result to aim for: your request’s main requirements and up to three key missing items, only if actually absent, with sources. Pilot target: ten minutes, still to be measured.
