Helvabase helps teams organize business sources, requirements, missing proof, caveats, and response dossiers.
Generated or assembled output should be reviewed by authorized people before it is sent, filed, or relied on.
Customers must have the right to upload, process, and instruct Helvabase on the documents they bring into a workspace.
These terms are the baseline terms for accessing the Helvabase website and using Helvabase workspaces, source review workflows, response dossier tools, and agent handoff packs.
If you or your organization has a signed order form, data processing agreement, pilot agreement, or other written agreement with Helvabase, that written agreement controls for the covered services where it conflicts with these terms.
Helvabase provides business document production workflows for RFPs, tenders, compliance questionnaires, legal reviews, client requests, technical documentation, and related response work.
The service may use Snipara-backed context, indexing, retrieval, memory, MCP access, and source health services. Helvabase owns the business-facing workflow, review state, source readiness, dossier, and agent handoff experience.
Users must provide accurate business account information and keep access credentials secure. Workspace owners are responsible for inviting authorized users, assigning roles, and reviewing activity in their organization.
Helvabase may suspend or restrict access if an account creates security risk, violates these terms, breaches law, or threatens the availability or integrity of the service.
Customers retain ownership of documents, source inventories, review notes, prompts, outputs, and other business content submitted to Helvabase.
Customers grant Helvabase the rights needed to host, transmit, process, analyze, index, retrieve, display, and generate outputs from customer content solely to provide, secure, support, and improve the contracted service.
Customers must not upload content they are not authorized to process, content that violates law or third-party rights, malware, credential dumps, or material intended to attack or bypass the service.
Helvabase is designed to make sources, caveats, missing proof, assumptions, and review states visible. It does not replace professional judgment, legal review, compliance sign-off, procurement review, or other human validation.
Generated drafts, source summaries, agent context packs, and response dossiers may be incomplete or require correction. Customers are responsible for reviewing outputs before relying on them or sending them externally.
Users may not abuse the service, probe or attack systems, bypass access controls, scrape non-public areas, interfere with other customers, reverse engineer protected components, or use Helvabase to create unlawful, deceptive, infringing, or harmful material.
Users may not use Helvabase to process regulated or highly sensitive data unless their organization has approved that use and the applicable commercial, security, and data protection terms are in place.
Free, pilot, Solo, Team, and Enterprise plans may have different limits for workspaces, users, active projects, source volume, context packs, reviewers, and support. Posted pricing can change prospectively.
Paid subscriptions, taxes, renewals, cancellations, refunds, and enterprise terms are governed by the applicable checkout, order form, invoice, or written agreement.
Helvabase may change, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the service as the product evolves. The team aims to keep customer workflows stable, but beta, pilot, and preview features may change without notice.
The service is provided without a guarantee that every generated answer, citation, parser result, integration, or third-party service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or fit for every customer use case.
