My assistant’s compatibility and subscription
Your assistant’s subscription is separate. Custom connectors, local folders and file transfer depend on the client and its plan. If it cannot send a file, it must tell you — a file path alone is not an upload.
Compatibility must be checked with this version and your subscription. Success in another version does not establish it here.
First result to aim for: your request’s main requirements and up to three key missing items, only if actually absent, with sources. Pilot target: ten minutes, still to be measured.

Your free trial includes one dossier for this workspace, up to 20 files, drafting, review and export. It does not reset each month. Rework the same dossier, then subscribe when you need more.
After payment, your account’s plan updates automatically. No new key and no reconnection are required.

Codex / ChatGPT Work desktop
Download ZIP- If your personal or team marketplace is already configured, extract the ZIP into a helvabase folder and have that folder added to it. Without a marketplace, use direct connection in the guide above.
- In the desktop app, open Plugins, select that marketplace and install Helvabase · pilote.
- Start a new chat, then authorize the connection to your account and intended Helvabase workspace.
Claude Cowork
Download ZIP- In Cowork, open Customize → Plugins → Add → Upload plugin, then select the ZIP without extracting it.
- In the plugin’s connectors, add Helvabase if needed, then connect your account and check the authorized workspace.
- Start a new Cowork task with the plugin enabled.
ChatGPT Work on the web: this local ZIP is not enough. Connection requires authorized developer mode and depends on your account or organization permissions.
Connect through your assistant’s native authorization, with no key to copy. Reuse your existing Helvabase connection if you have one. Installation does not change your permissions or subscription.
Full compatibility still needs to be checked in each client. Start with a fictional dossier; installing a plugin does not prove file receipt or human approval.
