Confirm what your workspace includes
Current catalogue
Solo includes 10 new dossiers per subscription month and 1 GB of shared source space for EUR 39/month. Team includes 60 and 5 GB for EUR 149/month. The dossier allowance renews on the subscription anniversary each month. A dossier counts only at its first activation.
Separate assistant subscription
You bring your own Mistral, Claude or Codex client. Its subscription and any client-side usage charges are separate from Helvabase.
Confirm before subscribing
Free includes entitlement to one governed dossier for the lifetime of the workspace, 100 MB of shared source space and 10 prepared source selections. Each retained source version counts once per workspace, even when reused. Source space does not reset monthly. Enterprise allowances are contractual; transfer and retention terms depend on the destination and service.

The client receives your attachments and the source excerpts returned to it. Its subscription, retention rules and processing locations apply separately.
Helvabase and Snipara
Helvabase owns business permissions, dossier versions and review state. Snipara provides source ingestion, indexing and retrieval. Confirm the applicable retention and deletion terms for your pilot.
Processing locations
A European provider or hosting in France does not establish end-to-end European processing. Check the selected client, enabled features and contractual terms before sharing restricted material.
