Review the response before the prose leaves the team.

A useful RFP workflow makes coverage, evidence, ownership, caveats and approval status visible before a proposal or tender response is delivered.

A review workflow for RFP responses

Review the requirement coverage

Check that each requirement has a proposed answer, the required format and an explicit status. A completed row is not by itself proof of compliance.

Review the supporting evidence

Inspect the source, its version, the owner and the caveat. Separate a model-generated statement from a document or decision that supports it.

Approve the exact version

Record who reviewed the response and which version they reviewed. If a source, price, requirement or answer changes, recheck the affected rows.

Why human review remains part of the product

AI accelerates assembly

The assistant can help analyse and draft from selected context. It does not know whether an unsupported business commitment should be made.

Review makes responsibility explicit

A reviewer decides whether the source is authoritative, whether the answer is complete and whether the organisation is ready to use it externally.

Delivery keeps its own gate

The final export supports the organisation’s process. It does not submit the response to the buyer or certify that every annex is complete.
